The location was perfect for exploring the area. We enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant connected to the lobby, offering delicious meals. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Nelson at the front desk. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a satisfactory stay at Hotel 5A Avenida.

The rooms are in need of an update, with outdated decor and furniture. the air conditioning was not very efficient and the room felt stuffy and humid.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Best aspects include the excellent location, friendly staff, clean facilities, and ample parking. The staff provided helpful transportation information and the breakfast was delicious.

The proximity to downtown is amazing and the quick check-in process was a plus. The beds were comfy and well made which was great for a good night's sleep after a fun night out. The room was bigger than expected and offered a nice view of the city.
The wifi was not good, it kept disconnecting and was very slow when it was working. , the shower pressure was not the greatest and the breakfast could have been better.
